India with other countries of the world.

governments in promotion of export from India.

overseas market of their products.

To help and assist importers in India to find out
their products in overseas market.

To promote the exchange of business delegations
between India and other countries of the world.

To provide latest information regarding
international trade, Export Import policy and other business related
rules and regulations.

To take up and represent problems and issues of
exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders etc. before government and
other authorities.

To assist in locating suitable foreign
collaboration for transfer of technology, joint venture and other
investment projects.

To organise and participate in national and
international seminars and workshop related international trade and
investment.

To recommend for the release foreign exchange and
visa for international trade and other related purposes.

To issue certificate of origin to exporters etc.
